Delivery of Furniture and Large Items within the UK

We offer delivery on all of our products across the UK and is calculated at checkout.

    We are only able to provide delivery to mainland UK at the quoted rates. If you require delivery to one of the islands, then please contact us to discuss options.

    Delivery can take up to 10 working days from receipt of order. Please also bear in mind that the courier is a 1 man band so will need assistance to unload the item at the delivery location.

    Collection is an alternative and please feel free to organise your own courier.

    Delivery of Furniture and Large Items outside of the UK

    Delivery of Silverware, Interiors and Other Antiques within the UK

    All items are sent with Royal Mail - Guaranteed Delivery Next Day by 1pm or are sent with DPD if they are bulkier. Items are usually posted within 2 working days and are fully tracked to their destination.

    Cancelling an Order

    There is no problem if you’d like to cancel an order prior to dispatch, please contact us to cancel an order. However, if any courier fees have already been paid at this stage, then the buyer will be eligible to pay these fees. 

    Returns

    Returns are accepted on all items. The buyer must contact us within 14 days of delivery and then arrange for return of the item within 28 days of delivery. Once the items has been returned to our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 days.

    Please be aware that we will not accept a refund when:

    1. The buyer is aware of a fault prior to purchasing the item
    2. The buyer damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
    3. The buyer no longer wants an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless the buyer bought it without seeing it

    When a return is requested, the buyer must confirm the reason for the return. Upon returning the item, the buyer must pay for return postage/courier fees. The return postage nor the initial delivery postage will be refunded, only the cost of the item will be refunded.

    If the item is not returned in the original condition, unless agreed with the seller, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
